How I Came To My Topic

There are multiple reasons why I chose to do an identity magazine based on women. I was inspired to do this kind of magazine because of my love for women, respect, and support. Women have to fit societal standards, be belittled in a work atmosphere, and not get appreciated enough for their struggles. So my magazine will highlight women figuring out who they are, accepting themselves, and loving themselves. Other reasons include my wallpaper and I. My wallpaper is based on diversity in feminism, which I want to have heavily within my magazine. For myself, I realized I was looking for who I'm supposed to be instead of looking at who I am. I figured out what I'm most passionate about, what I'm good at, and even my favorite color. I accepted my body image, hair and skin tone, and mentality, which I want to showcase in my magazine.
